We are now finished up with the month of Speed and Strength. It was grouling from what London was used to but he "Loved to Hate it". Coach Workman Jr. did an amazing job with the boys and we hopefully be seeing him next year. Way to go London...you survived. Now its on to surviving Conditioning in Aug with full pads.
